The conference language is English.
Conference venue
The conference will be held at Hotel Pullman Brussels Centre Midi, Place Victor Horta 1, 1060 Brussels, Belgium, close to the main train stations and airport and easy to access.
Accommodation
Delegates are responsible for organising their own travel and accommodation. A number of guest rooms will be reserved at a special rate at the conference hotel. You are strongly advised to book your hotel rooms as early as possible in order to take advantage of any discounted rates.
Conference fees
The fee includes attendance at the conference and exhibition, conference proceedings volume and presentations, lunches and Farewell drinks receptions.

Conference Dinner
The conference dinner, now in the conference hotel, is bookable separately at a rate of £50, featuring a tasty Belgian menu and Belgian beers (other beverages are available).

Dress code
Dress code for the conference, the welcome and farewell parties and the conference dinner is smart casual or business attire.
Photography and videography
Registration and participation in the event includes your agreement to allow the use of your likeness in photos and video created by the organisers for promotional and other purposes.
Cancellation
Please note that conference fees are not refundable unless the conference is cancelled, in which case fees will be refunded after an administrative deduction of 20%. The organisers will not be liable for any additional expenses - you are strongly advised to take out insurance to cover any consequent losses, or to claim on any existing corporate insurance policy. You are advised to secure your visa before registering for the conference. Substitutions from the same company can be made at no cost up to three working days before the event.

Joining Instructions
The 2nd Global GypSupply Conference will take place on 22-23 February, in kind cooperation with Eurogypsum. These are your joining instructions.
The event will take place at the <<Pullman Brussels Centre Midi Hotel>>, Place Victor Horta 1, 1060 Brussels, Belgium.
Registration and Covid-testing will be open from 9am on Wednesday 22 February. Coffee will be available from 10am, and the programme starts at 11.45.
In accordance with the Pro Global Media Coronavirus Policy, adherence to which is a precondition for attendance, all attendees are required to undergo Covid testing on first arrival. Tests are provided as part of your registration, and in order to gain admittance to the event, your test must be negative.
We suggest that you test yourself before setting out on your journey to attend the event. You are urged to take precautions against catching Covid during your journey to the event!
On arrival at the registration desk (at the top of the stairs, just outside the conference room), pick up a single-use Covid testing pack, and find a place to test yourself.
Take the test yourself, as directed by the instructions in the pack (the tests are nasal-only).
Wait five minutes for the test to develop. Show your test result at registration - hopefully it is negative!
If your result is not clear (error in testing, for example) you will be obliged to take another test.
If your test is positive, sorry, you will not be able to attend the conference.
After testing negative, you will be able to pick up your badge, programme and code to download the presenter slides, as well as the conference issue of Global Gypsum Magazine.
Dress code for the conference is smart casual or business attire.
