Details for the Global Gypsum Photography Competition - including gypsum, insulation, mortars, roofing and other light building materials
First prize is US$250 and second prize is US$125. The winner, second place and other commended entries will be published in Global Gypsum Magazine.
The deadline for entries is 30 November.
Drone photography and drone video will also be considered.
Terms of entry for the Global Gypsum Magazine Photography Competition
Each individual may enter up to five photographs for the competition. Every entry must be accompanied by an email stating the following:
-- Photographer's name, company and contact details (email, postal address);
-- Location and subject of the photograph;
-- Any additional information that might have been of interest about the subject of the photo.
Although we imagine that quarries, factories, transport and logistics will be popular, any light-building-materials-related subject is eligible for entry. Technical prowess and the attractiveness of the final image will used to decide upon the winner.
Entry is simple and free: Please send your entry (digital only, JPG, RAW or Tiff format) by email to rob@propubs.com. If entering drone video, simply send a link to download the video. The subject line must be as follows: 'Global Gypsum Photo Competition' (otherwise it risks being junked by our spam filters!). All entries will be acknowledged by email. Each photograph file must be above 500kb but must be below 5Mb in compressed size. Good luck!
