The conference organisers are not involved in guest transportation to/from the event.

7 You can pay in cash to driver on arrival & Departure or they may wish to prepay by card (visa/master card), in which case send the Card Holder’s Name and Surname as it is shown on the card and their email, and Luxury Istanbul will create a personalised link for online prepayment.
