Saudi Arabia: National Gypsum Company has informed the Saudi Exchange of its failure to report preliminary financial results for the first half of 2026 within the regulatory deadline. The producer explained that it is working with its external auditor to finalise the results for immediate publication upon internal approval, within 20 trading sessions of any ensuing suspension of its shares.

National Gypsum Company previously recorded a loss in the first quarter of 2026. Then-CEO Khalid bin Abdullah Al-Ghadeer resigned in April 2026, and the company began statutory reserve transfers to offset accumulated losses later that month.
